Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2025

1. Services

Growth Guild provides personal brand development and related consulting services. Every engagement is tailored to the client’s unique requirements.

2. Payments

Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If payment is delayed beyond 7 days of the due date, services will be paused until payment is cleared.

3. Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable once the service has begun.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to provide accurate information and timely inputs required for delivering services. Delays in communication may affect project outcomes.

5. Intellectual Property

All original materials, strategies, and frameworks created by Growth Guild remain the intellectual property of Growth Guild, unless explicitly transferred in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

Growth Guild is not liable for indirect or unforeseen losses. We provide best-effort services but do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job offers, follower counts, or earnings.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
